BLC delivers end to end manufacturing through a structured and highly controlled manufacturing approach designed to support quality, scale and long term growth. We manage every stage of the process from raw material procurement and production through to quality assurance and delivery, working with a trusted network of specialist manufacturing partners. This approach allows us to control cost, protect quality, shorten lead times and scale efficiently as your brand grows, while keeping you informed and supported at every stage.
Our Integrated Process
At BLC we manufacture your goods using a vertically integrated manufacturing model working alongside our trusted manufacturing partners in the industry. BLC takes a hybrid hands-on approach to subcontracted manufacturing ensuring we have control, visibility and quality assurance the whole journey through the manufacturing process.
Upon an received order, BLC initiates the order by managing the procurement and placing orders of the raw materials for the products we have used during development, such as the ingredients, packaging and flavours.
This helps us control cost and lead time negotiations, as well as manage project planning from start to finish whilst maintaining the quality consistency of goods from NPD to order and then to reorder.
BLC chooses a select manufacturing partner based on the product packaging, certification and volume/ output requirement of the order. BLC has a network of over 20+ manufacturing partners, all with their own strength allowing BLC to be flexible.
BLC manages the logistics and operations of the raw materials after ordering, to ensure they arrive safely, within lead times to the select manufacturing site.Our quality control department ensures the correct documentation is in place, as well as manage the batch reference samples so we can run our pre production organoleptic checks.
After pre production organoleptic sign off, Production begins scheduling at the select manufacturing site and begins.
After production BLC receives post production finished goods for quality checks and sign off. At this phase we also send any goods off for allergen or microbiological testing
Upon final QC sign off and positive release, BLC arranges delivery of the goods with logistics and delivery partners to your warehouse.

Combining our own separate quality checks with our manufacturing partners checks allow us to double up on quality. BLC is BRC accredited and each partner we work with is subject to our internal audits and must carry HACCP and SALSA or BRC accreditations.
Service
Our unique integrated approach to manufacturing products allows BLC to focus on service, being rich in personnel in account management, NPD, operations and quality control, keeping our clients updated and involved at all times. If you need us, we are always there.
Cross Border
We have global supply chains set up in Europe as well as the USA, from ingredients and flavours to packaging as well as manufacturing partners. We believe when going overseas, manufacturing domestically allows for the fastest lead times, best costs and less risk.
