From the very first stages of development, our technical team is involved in making sure your product is safe, compliant and consistent. We assess everything from ingredient safety and stability to regulatory considerations based on your target market.

We vet and onboard every supplier and manufacturer in our network through rigorous hygiene, traceability and process checks to ensure they are working to the highest food safety standards and have food safety certifications to support this. We review and approve raw materials and packaging suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.

We oversee testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and other contaminants to ensure safety and compliance. We also carry out end of life evaluations to monitor the quality of your product over the course of its shelf life.

We review all product documentation, including certificates of analysis (CoAs), product specs and labels to ensure full transparency and traceability.
Our technical team also works closely with yours to support label claims, provide nutrition and allergen information and ensure your finished product is compliant with relevant food and supplement regulations, whether you're selling in the UK, EU, or further afield.
