Both are liquid formats but shots are typically small (30–100ml), single-serve drinks with a concentrated dose of actives. Liquid supplements may come in sachets. Shots are ideal for convenience and fast consumption, while liquids allow for more flexible dosing and value per unit.
Shelf life varies based on formulation and packaging. Preserved, pasteurised, or hot-fill products can typically achieve 12 to 24 months, while fresh or preservative-free options may have shorter shelf lives (e.g., 6 months). We’ll advise on stability and conduct shelf-life testing if needed.
Citrus profiles (lemon, orange, grapefruit), berry blends (acai, elderberry, blueberry) and tropical flavours (mango, pineapple, passionfruit) are strong performers.
