A PCT (Product compatibility test) is important to understand if your RTD performs as expected staying safe, stable and delicious throughout processing and its entire shelf life. It’s an essential step to safeguard your product’s success and minimise risks when launching any RTD supplement or functional drink.

Shelf life depends on the formulation and processing method. Most ambient-stable RTDs have a shelf life of 6 to 18 months. If your formula contains unstable ingredients or is preservative-free, chilled storage or shorter shelf life may apply. We offer stability testing and accelerated shelf-life trials to confirm this during development.
