This delicious oat & cherry cookie is the perfect bed time treat. Each cookie contains a sleepy blend of ingredients such as Ashwagandha, Dried Tart Cherries, Oat Straw & Chamomile Flower. All of the ingredients,  have been purposefully selected to help your body relax and relieve anxiety as well as being low in sugar and Vegan friendly.
